Niewinny nie straszy paczulą tak mocno jak klasyk, w zamian oferuje dużo miłej, puchatej słodyczy owoców i czekolady. Ciężko przejść obok niego obojętnie - to właśnie za niego dostałam najwięcej komplementów w życiu. Na mojej skórze bardzo intensywny i niebywale trwały. Jest słodko, momentami ulepnie, a mimo to niebanalnie - wymyka się konwenansom, zachowując wysoką jakość. Nie płaczę za nimi tylko dlatego, że kiedyś w krótkim czasie zużyłam 30ml, spryskując się od stóp do głów, a i Angel EDT przypadł mi do gustu. Niemniej jednak, jego wycofanie jest ogromną stratą dla mainstreamu. I hear that Angel for women does not have those notes, but is it safe for a man to wear otherwise? #2 My wife has angel for women. It is a wonderful scent but way too feminine for me. I personally would not wear it. But you are right, it does not contain the tar and tobacco note. I wish the men's version did not have the tar note. I can deal with the tobacco. #3 I would not wear Angel to avoid the tar and tobacco notes in A*men. I find A*men harsh in the opening and that is great. Why, because is starts at point A and hours later you end up at point B, its a journey. Angel is too feminine for my liking. I had the same thoughts about three months ago. I gave up and bought A*men and Taste of Fragrance. Can't wait to see what Mugler has in store for Fall 2012. #4 It's leather for fall 2012. And just give the A*Men opening some time, you'll grow to like it, especially where it leads... #5 I don't see a problem with Angel for women. But, as others have pointed out, it is quite different from the male version, so you need to try it first. Angel women does have a rich masculine gourmand patchouli base (without tar and tobacco), but on top of it there's a heavy dose of cotton-candy and bright florals. Perfume critics Turin and Sanchez used the image of transexuals: a big boned masculine structure with garish feminine covers. If you want something with a similar structure but without the garish cotton-candy and the florals, you could rather check Lolita Lempicka for women. Same rich gourmand patchouli base, but instead there's anice on top of it. Btw, my husband just tested A*men, said it smelled like take out food, lol. Needless to say, he wasn't a fan, haha. #7 Angel Femme, is patchouli and chocolate pudding. Why not try it on your wrist in a store and see how you get on. #9 But, the right man can pull it off [...] I second that. I especially admired the dark patchouly that shapes this fragrance. If it mixes well with one's chemistry I can see a man wearing it. However, if it just "sits" on your skin (and is what it is) it works like a Mercedes star: It will be recognized instantly as a popular female fragrance.
